Smart capital is curated for a small number of exceptional startups—capital that brings judgment, experience, and constructive partnership.

Seed and Series A rounds are supported with a long-term mindset and continued involvement beyond the raise. The platform exists to align founders, investors, and outcomes through selectivity, structure, and stewardship. It does not operate as a broker, marketplace, or accelerator.

The focus is on responsible capital formation and accountability over time.

How

Investments are typically executed through a dedicated SPV, ensuring simplicity for founders and alignment among investors.

Direct participation may be supported selectively, without compromising alignment or economics.

The structure exists to serve long-term outcomes.

Economics

Founders pay a 4.5% success fee on capital raised through introductions. No equity is granted, and the full investment proceeds are received. Investments are typically structured through an SPV, providing a single, long-term aligned shareholder.

Investors participate through a clear and familiar structure. A 1.5% one-time deal setup fee covers SPV establishment and execution. Ongoing SPV maintenance costs are borne by the SPV and passed through at cost. A 15% deal-by-deal carried interest applies only after full return of invested capital. There are no management fees.

Value is realised only through successful long-term outcomes for both founders and investors.
