Capital Formation & Mentoring

Not a fundraising service.

A long-term partner in capital formation and mentoring.

For founders building globally relevant companies who value alignment as much as ambition, an open conversation begins here.

Alignment

A founder-for-founder smart capital platform backing technology companies with global ambition. Work is limited to a small number of founders building meaningful businesses—teams worthy of personal investment or co-founder-level commitment.

Capital is introduced to strengthen the company, not to complicate it.

Judgment

Every opportunity is assessed through founder-level judgement, informed by experienced operators and investors who have built, scaled, and exited companies.

Conviction is prioritised over speed, and alignment over volume.

Structure

Most investments are structured through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), providing:

  • a clean and simple capitalisation table

  • a single, long-term aligned shareholder

  • investors with shared expectations from day one

Direct investment may be supported by exception—typically at a founder’s request or for a strategic lead investor—while preserving alignment.

Clarity, alignment, and accountability from day one.

Terms

Founders pay a 4.5% success fee on capital raised through introductions. No equity is granted, and the full investment proceeds are received.

Compensation is aligned with long-term outcomes rather than transaction volume.

Incentives are tied to success, not to simply closing a round.

Focus

Seed and Series A rounds are supported, typically €300,000 and above, with engagement that extends beyond the round.

There are no demo days.

There is no deal-flow distribution.

Capital is curated.

Readiness

Work is limited to a small number of companies each year. Before applying, the following should reflect both the current position and long-term ambition:

  • Building a technology company with global ambition, not a local or lifestyle business

  • Raising a Seed or Series A round, typically €300,000 and above

  • A founding team with proven execution capability, not just an idea

  • Willingness to work with a single, long-term shareholder via an SPV structure

  • Openness to active, founder-aware investors who contribute more than capital

  • Preference for long-term company building over short-term fundraising optics

  • Acceptance of a 4.5% success fee on capital raised, with no equity granted

  • Appreciation for clarity, selectivity, and structured decision-making

If this reflects how the company is being built, the application will be reviewed with care.
